Lusoak Imóveis is part of the IM-OAK Group, which also brings together accounting, tax advice and property asset management. That proximity has a practical consequence: when a decision has tax implications, the answer does not have to wait on third parties.
We keep a limited number of properties on our books. That is a deliberate choice, because the alternative is listing without knowing.

Selection and viewings
Only the properties that meet the agreed criteria are put in front of you.
Verification
Caderneta predial (the property tax record), certidão do registo (the land registry certificate), licença de utilização (the use permit) and certificado energético (the energy performance certificate) checked before the offer.
Negotiation and deed
Negotiation handled by us, contrato-promessa (the promissory contract) and support through to the deed.
